General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Provider & Scope

(1) These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to the use of the link-in-bio platform "Bioless".

(2) The provider of the platform is NATURIN.Apps (hereinafter referred to as "Bioless" or "Provider").

(3) Bioless is aimed at creators, influencers, entrepreneurs, and other users who wish to create, monetize, and manage digital link pages.

(4) By registering and using the platform, the user agrees to these GTC.


2. Description of Services

(1) Bioless provides a platform for the creation, management, and publication of personalized link pages.

(2) Users can bundle content such as external links, affiliate links, social media profiles, and other digital content.

(3) Bioless offers additional functions such as:

  • Monetization via affiliate links
  • Referral system
  • Analytics (usage statistics)
  • Design and customization functions
  • Optional: Paywall function for own content

(4) There is no entitlement to specific functions. Bioless reserves the right to adjust, expand, or discontinue functions at any time.


3. Registration & User Account

(1) Use requires registration via OAuth Google Login.

(2) The user is obliged to provide truthful information.

(3) The user is responsible for the security of their own account.

(4) Bioless reserves the right to block or delete accounts in the event of violations of these GTC.


4. Monetization & Affiliate Split System

(1) Bioless enables monetization via integrated affiliate links.

(2) In the free plan, an automatic distribution (split) of the generated clicks or potential income from affiliate links occurs as follows:

  • 50%: Creator's affiliate link
  • 50%: Bioless affiliate link

In the case of an existing referral relationship:

  • 50% User
  • 25% Bioless
  • 25% Recruiter (Referral)

(3) This split system finances Bioless, allowing all features to be provided free of charge without a mandatory paywall.

(4) Users have the option to deactivate the split through a paid upgrade (Pro Plan), so that 100% of the affiliate traffic is assigned to the user.

(5) The user expressly agrees to this distribution mechanism.

(6) Bioless gives no guarantee for actual income or conversions from affiliate links.


5. Referral System

(1) Bioless offers an integrated referral system. Users can invite other users via a personal referral link.

(2) If a registration takes place via such a link, a referral relationship is established.

(3) Within the framework of the affiliate split system, the referrer can receive up to 25% of the affiliate traffic generated by the recruited user, provided the latter remains in the free plan. If the recruited user upgrades to a Pro Plan, this split is discontinued.

(4) This participation can – subject to changes – exist permanently (Lifetime).

(5) Bioless is currently the only link-in-bio platform that offers such a referral model with passive income opportunities.

(6) There is no legal claim to specific income. Bioless reserves the right to adjust or discontinue the referral system at any time.


6. Affiliate Navigator & AI-based Content

(1) Bioless provides an Affiliate Navigator with a variety of external providers, where the user can have affiliate links generated and add them to their own link pages for monetization.

(2) The information, ratings, and assessments presented are generated in whole or in part automatically using Artificial Intelligence (AI).

(3) Bioless assumes no liability for the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this information.

(4) The use of this content is at the user's own responsibility.


7. Content & External Links

(1) Users are solely responsible for all content on their link pages.

(2) It is prohibited to publish illegal, misleading, insulting, or otherwise inadmissible content.

(3) Bioless assumes no liability for the content of external websites linked via the platform (especially affiliate providers).

(4) The respective operators are exclusively responsible for content, products, services, or legal aspects of the linked providers.


8. Paywall & Payment Processing

(1) Users can optionally offer content behind a paywall.

(2) Payment processing is carried out via external payment service providers (e.g., Stripe).

(3) Bioless charges a commission of 10% per transaction.

(4) Bioless is not a party to the contract between the user and the end customer.


9. Liability

(1) Bioless has unlimited liability for intent and gross negligence.

(2) In the event of slight negligence, Bioless is only liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations).

(3) In this case, liability is limited to foreseeable, typical damage.

(4) Liability for lost profits, loss of data, or indirect damage is excluded.

(5) No liability is assumed for content from users or external providers.


10. Availability

(1) Bioless strives to ensure the most uninterrupted availability possible.

(2) However, there is no entitlement to permanent accessibility.

(3) Maintenance work, technical problems, or force majeure may lead to outages.


11. Changes to the GTC

(1) Bioless reserves the right to change these GTC at any time.

(2) Changes will be communicated to the user in an appropriate manner.

(3) Continued use of the platform constitutes agreement to the amended terms.


12. Termination

(1) Users can delete their account at any time, whereby all associated link pages, collected referrals, and insights are also irrevocably deleted.

(2) Bioless can block or terminate user accounts in the event of violations of these GTC.


13. Final Provisions

(1) The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply.

(2) The place of jurisdiction is – as far as permissible – the seat of the provider.

(3) Should any provision of these GTC be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
